The new World Pallet, which is a cheap alternative to the euro pallet, has kept the logistics market afloat since March 2008. Due to the enormous interest and increasing demand, the exchangeable reusable/returnable pallet has now undergone a voluntary, neutral quality inspection test. Conclusion: The World pallet is now TÜV certified.
Several manufacturers of brand products are already compensating for their rising logistics costs by purchasing the low-priced World pallet. However, for most of the purchasers „the dot on the i with regards safety” is still missing in order to underwrite a failure-free and smooth flow of materials in logistics, transportation and warehousing.
In order to facilitate changing over to World pallet the manufacturer, The Falkenhahn AG, has undergone a voluntary quality inspection test performed by an external and neutral testing and inspection institute in the last months:
In September 2008, TÜV Rheinland Group (a German Technical Control Board) successfully completed the prototype testing, which it crowned with the award of the official TÜV certificate.
Therewith, World pallet was tested and inspected on the highest quality standard and safety by an independent testing and inspection institute. Hence the World pallet officially satisfies the high quality demands for its employment in commerce and industry. As was remarked by Marcus Falkenhahn, Chief Executive Officer of the Falkenhahn AG: “In spite of the fact that we carry out a 100% quality control by performing an automatic outline measurement – a unique practice in Germany so far - by implementing our quality management in accordance with DIN ISO 9000, we wanted this quality to be endorsed with the TÜV certification. Furthermore, the TÜV Rheinland Group, in future, shall regularly carry out external quality inspections on the world pallets during current productions”, he further added, “hence the required transportation and warehousing safety of world pallet has been officially endorsed”.
